Adecco is looking for people that can join a team of skilled Dutch Customer Service representatives in Porto, providing customer support by phone, e-mail and chat ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction in Telcom. Activities : Customer support by phone / email in order to solve questions and doubts; Answering the phone in order to clarify all customer doubts / questions / requests; Handling and registering complaints both by phone and in writing, good argumentative power. Requirements : Experience in contact center (preferable); Experience in administrative areas (preferable); Ability to make decisions and solve problems; Ability to manage stress and resilience; Basic notions of computers. Dutch (C1 / C2) and English (B1) Offer : Rotating schedules 8h / day : Monday to Friday from 07 : 00 to 21 : 00 Saturday from 08 : 00 to 17 : 00 Sunday from 09 : 00 to 17 : 00 (part-time is also an option) Base Salary + Multiple Bonuses + Meal Allowance Hybrid working system (at least once a week at the office) On-site paid training for 10 days Direct contract with the client Skills / Call Center,Problem-Solving And Interpersonal Abilities,Good Comunications Abilities
