Activities : Customer support by phone / email in order to solve questions and doubts;Answering the phone in order to clarify all customer doubts / questions / requests; Handling and registering complaints both by phone and in writing, good argumentative power. Requirements Experience in contact center (preferable);Experience in administrative areas (preferable);Ability to make decisions and solve problems; Ability to manage stress and resilience;Basic notions of computers.Dutch (C1 / C2) and English (B1) Offer Rotating schedules 8h / day : Monday to Friday from 07 : 00 to 21 : 00 Saturday from 08 : 00 to 17 : 00 Sunday from 09 : 00 to 17 : 00 (part-time is also an option)Base Salary + Multiple Bonuses + Meal AllowanceHybrid working system (at least once a week at the office) On-site paid training for 10 days Direct contract with the client
