Responsibilities : Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and design effective test strategies. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard test automation frameworks and tools. Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and report defects to ensure the quality of software products. Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases and ensure test coverage. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives. Debug and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with developers and other stakeholders. Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure test cases align with user requirements and business objectives. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in test automation and software testing. Main requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in test automation or related roles. Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in test automation (e.g., Java, Python, or C#). Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Appium) Familiarity with performance testing and load testing tools. Proficiency in using test management and defect tracking tools. Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
