We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in building cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for the education sector. Responsibilities : Design, develop, and implement GenAI models for educational applications, such as personalized learning content generation, personalized mentoring, adaptive learning systems, and automated assessment tools. Collaborate with educators, data scientists, and product managers to understand educational needs and translate them into technical requirements for GenAI solutions. Develop and maintain efficient training pipelines for GenAI models, ensuring data quality and addressing potential biases. Monitor and optimize the performance of GenAI models, employing techniques like A / B testing and error analysis. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in GenAI research and actively explore new applications for the education sector. Document technical processes and provide clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the AI development workflow. Main requirements Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience). 1-3 years of experience in building and deploying AI / Machine Learning models. Strong understanding of Generative AI techniques (e.g., GANs, VAEs) and their applications in education. Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (Python). Familiarity with data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering techniques. Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
