Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly. Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction RequirementsTo be selected as a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you need to meet the requirements below: Near-native level of Dutch (written and oral) Advanced level in English (B2). Previous customer experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance. Be proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
