Your mission will be Your mission will be to embark on a crucial journeysupporting two teams with operational activities, where you'll learn to ensureefficiency and quality in processes. Gain hands-on experience in providing technicalsupport and implementing effective solutions for Jira development andconfiguration. Learn to offer support in Excel, particularly inmacros, to the Reporting Team. Under guidance, contribute to ensuring compliance withService Level Agreements (SLAs) and generating detailed ticket reports, whileactively participating in continuous process improvement initiatives. We are looking for someone with Bachelor's degree in arelevant field, showcasing analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong Excel skills, includingexperience with macros and the ability to work with data effectively. Academic experience orpractical knowledge in object-oriented programming, with a focus on Java orsimilar languages. Strong communication skills inEnglish, both verbal and written, with an eagerness to collaborate effectivelywith team members and stakeholders. Ability to adapt quickly tonew tools and technologies, with a willingness to undergo training anddevelopment. Eagerness to contributepositively to the team's dynamics and ethos, fostering a culture of learningand growth.
