Managing and coordinating Siemens Real Estate-related IT services / applications (incl. ongoing operation / support, demand management, supplier management, budget / costs); This function includes IT project management tasks and responsibilities for e.g. evaluation, specification, implementation and roll-out projects. In the focus of this function are IT services / applications based on the Siemens low code platform Mendix; Consulting and supporting as an internal IT business partner for the real estate business units and countries (e.g. regarding Mendix and existing Mendix-based solutions); Implement further functionalities and to support further rollouts related to Mendix; Providing and performing a structured global IT demand management (incl. process / principles and related approval procedures); Responsible for IT project management; lead evaluations, implementations and roll-outs of new IT systems, software releases and IT demands; Acting as a partner for the stakeholders and service providers of FIN DO DS ( SRE HQ and countries (incl. executive management), Siemens IT, External Service Providers; We are looking for someone with A successfully completed master’s degree preferably in IT or comparable background; 3 years of professional experience in Real Estate Business and related IT. Existing experience within Siemens is a plus; Experience as IT service, demand and project management; Very good English skills. German is a plus; Mendix Experience / Know-How; Siemens IT tool landscape and Interfaces is a plus; Good communication and negotiation skills; Strong resilience and commitment.
