Adecco Recruitment is recruiting for a prestigious shared service center in the financial sector based in Porto, that is currently looking for an HR Systems Manager (M/F). Responsibilities  - Responsible for the implementation, and maintenance of HRIS supporting all HR functions including Talent, Compensation, HR Administration and Shared Services, Total Rewards, and Payroll. Provide organization-wide infrastructure and customer service for HRIS functions. - Responsible for technical aspect of upwards of 15 projects, many of which are global in scope. Set and manage plan across all projects to deliver consistent, effective, and efficient solutions. All projects are technical in nature. Collaborates with HR PMO, HR Analytics, HR Change Mgmt and IS&T to stay aligned and deliver HRIS vision. - Manages expectations, and builds functional relationships with key HR peers and stakeholders; including the global team. Influence internal leaders and managers to align on consistent and best practice of system use and related business processes. Manages a governance model to ensure there is a process established to succeed. - Responsible for vendor management; includes contract management against defined SLAs. Currently this position is managing more than 20 technical vendor relationships. Managing a consistent and well planned approach to connecting with vendors, timing maintenance, contract renewals, evolution of system functionality is required. Leads a department of 3 exempt technical staff charged with the administration, project management, and evolvement of HRIS. Profile - Expert level experience with enterprise HRIS software SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone on Demand, iCIMS a plus. - Experience with HCM System implementation a plus. - Highly skilled project manager, with full technical project life cycle experience. - Organizer with strong capability to drive delivery. - Excellent people manager, demonstrated success managing technical teams, preferably in a remote capacity. - Demonstrated success with vendor management. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Advanced MS Office skills- expert excel user. - Live in the Porto area. English- Fluent.
