- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics or IT Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years project management experience;
- Strong experience of business intelligence area;
- Experience in carrying out and monitoring data projects;
- Knowledge of SAS, SQL, Microstrategy and/or other data tools;
- PMP Certification (valued);
- High communication and problem-solving skills;
- High organizational skills;
- High leadership skills and ability to influence decisions;
- High critical thinking skills;
- Results-orientated and customer-focused;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and interaction skills with different stakeholders;
- Fluent in English.
