What are you going to do?
- Responsible of the architecture of the platform;
- Contribute to the development of a product increment in the respect of the business requirement specified by the Product Owner;
- Propose solutions compliant with technical standards, architecture standards, security and technically performant and stable;
- Coach and give technical guidance to the team on the O365 part;
- Give a synthesis of the technical team work to the Product Owner and the Product Manager;
- Lead technical meetings with editors Microsoft and Sociabble;
- Lead technical meetings with AXA partners teams;
- Do a follow-up of the issue resolutions done by the other teams;
- Lead when needed meeting with technical team members to facilitate communication within members;
- Responsible of the good delivery of the release of the Product Increment (send the final release note for validation to the Product Owner, ensure that someone is assigned to the release to Production);
- Contribute to the team awareness on processes;
- Do not push his ideas but convince the team to follow them;
- Escalate to Scrum Master if input given to technical team members don’t have the required quality;
- Responsible of the stability of the platform;
- Responsible of resolution of incidents in respect to SLA;
- Make sure Problem Management process is triggered when needed and RCA is provided within SLA target;
- Communicate or delegate the communication to the OpCos in case of major incident.
What are we looking for?
- 8+ years of SharePoint Development;
- 4+ years of SharePoint Framework (SPFX) experience with Visual Code;
- Excellent knowledge of REACT;
- Must have 2 to 4+ years of hands-on SharePoint development experience for Modern Site (mandatory).;
- Demonstrable experience with SharePoint Online projects (Communication Site, Team Site);
- Experience with design, development and deployment of enterprise level SharePoint portals using scripting tools (PowerShell);
- Excellent knowledge of Powershell (Module PNP);
- Must have 2+ years of hands-on SharePoint development experience for Classic Publishing portal;
- Excellent knowledge of TypeScript;
- Good knowledge of SharePoint C# / CSOM;
- Good knowledge with UI languages / frameworks such as Fluent (Office Fabric) jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, JSON;
- Understanding of best practice information architecture, managed metadata, content types, enterprise search, custom refiners, and search-driven applications;
- Good knowledge of NodeJS / NPM / Gulp / Webpack;
- Good Knowledge of SharePoint Online Administration;
- Good Knowledge of Azure Active Directory;
- Good knowledge of 365 services: Power Flow/ Graph/ Stream/ Exchange Online.
- Fluent in English;
