We are looking for an Amazing: Scrum Master
Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)
Type of position: Hybrid from Lisbon. Candidates must be in Portugal already!
The amazing you, will have:
- Degree and/or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
- 4+ years of agile software development experience with solid technical expertise
- Certified Scrum Master (e.g., CSP-SM, PSM);
- Proficient problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset;
- Interest in managing different stakeholder requirements in a dynamic environment, demonstrating strong leadership, self-motivation, and empathy;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required
