Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Crafting and implementing a robust automated testing strategy;
- Collaborating on the validation of User Stories and acceptance criteria in alignment with business goals;
- Defining and implementing an effective data management strategy for automation;
- Creating a comprehensive strategy for load and performance testing;
- Independently providing estimates for management, guiding the planning, and organizing technical activities and resource allocation;
- Effectively managing and prioritizing team tasks;
- Coordinating on-the-job technical training for project team members.
Additional Focus Areas:
- Benchmarking: Leading initiatives to benchmark practices and ensure our testing processes align with industry standards;
- Exploration of New Tools: Continuously assessing and integrating cutting-edge testing tools and technologies to enhance our testing capabilities;
- Application of ML/AI Techniques: Investigating and assessing the applicability of ML and/or AI techniques in testing processes to advance our methodologies;
- Best Practices in CI/CT/CD/CDY: Ensuring the application and adherence to best practices in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Deployment/Continuous Deployment to Yield;
- Tailoring Automation Techniques: Ensuring the customization of the best automation techniques based on organizational needs and objectives, providing solutions aligned with business goals.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field;
- Proven experience in test case automation and performance testing;
- Strong skills in Delivery Management, Test Project Management, and Release Management;
- A solid background in software development;
- Experience with tools such as Jmeter, Loadrunner, jUnit, Selenium, Appium, and similar;
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Selenium, Java and/or Javascript, TypeScript, Python;
- Experience and/or knowledge in DevOps practices (CI/CD, Continuous Testing);
- Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities;
- High proactivity, responsibility, and autonomy.
Preferred Experience and/or Knowledge:
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Xray, HP ALM, Azure DevOps;
- Training or Certification in ISTQB;
- Experience with behavior-driven development (BDD) and Cucumber;
