We are currently hiring a junior technical support to be part of our dynamic team.


Responsibilities:
Application, operational and maintenance support for services in operation;

Application and operational preparation of new services;

Service management and monitoring of service levels;

Implementation of monitoring and service control tools;

Interface between 1st line (Operation/Customer) and 3rd Line teams (Techniques/Business);

Analysis and resolution of Internal/External, technical/functional Incidents;

Support 24/7 application, with prevention regime.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in a support role;

Knowledge of Oracle database;

Proficiency in Shell Script (PL/SQL is a plus);

Knowledge of Perl (plus);

Native level of Portuguese and fluent level of English.
