Stefanini is hiring Lisbon-based Functional Analysts experienced in the banking sector to participate in core banking migration projects.
Project duration : 5 to 6 months.
Work model: hybrid, with 3 days per week on-site in Lisbon.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business requirements for core bank migration projects;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements;
- Designing and implementing solutions to meet business needs;
- Providing support and training to end-users;
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in requirements’ analysis (mandatory);
- Previous experience in core banking migration processes (nice-to-have);
- Experience with Oracle Flexcube or similar banking software (nice-to-have);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
- Knowledge of banking industry regulations and best practices;
- Portuguese and English fluency (mandatory);
