Role Overview:
We are looking for a SAP HCM Consultant to integrate one of our largest international partners in the telecommunications sector. It is one of the biggest references in the area, with a significant presence in more than 6 countries.
What you will do:
You will join one of our projects (hybrid regime in Lisbon) as a SAP HCM Consultant.
The main tasks for this position are:
- Collaborate with senior consultants to gather and understand client requirements.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP HCM modules.
- Provide support in all phases of SAP implementation projects.
- Contribute to the testing, documentation, and training processes.
- Stay updated on SAP HCM best practices and industry trends.
What you are like:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- SAP Certification or training (nice to have).
