What are we looking for?
- More than 5 years of professional experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst/Technician;
- Experience with PingFederate, PingDirectory and Ping 2MFA (IAM platform);
- Experience with custom PingFederate adapters (login pages) developed and published for PingFederate;
- Knowledge maintening custom scripts for publishing and managing IAM platforms;
- Knowledge developing and publishing custom login pages, management of certificates and credentials in IAM platform;
- Experience in incident management at platform level (excluded up to Operating System level) after triage in Service Now by ITSM teams;
- Knowledge publishing new content or updates in API Developer Portal;
- Support production operations teams in IAM patching and upgrades at platform level prior analysis of possible impacts and proper process;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
