Salary up to €67k + benefits Hybrid work mode (office in Lisbon) Flexible schedule Annual Training / Education Bonus Mobile phone Bonus Stock Options Highly challenging technical projects on an international scale Responsibilities : The Senior Program Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight for crafting, sustaining, implementing, and driving efficient and effective project / portfolio management in support of the business objectives. Able to discuss from a high-level perspective or have a deep conversation with from operational to C-level stakeholders. Providing leadership and taking overall accountability for the successful execution of the deliverables using Agile methodologies. The Senior Program Manager will be required to collaborate across other technology portfolios and have excellent communication and relationship management skills to influence, anticipate, and resolve issues. Lead a team of project managers, mentoring, coaching, and inspiring them. Outstanding capacity of scope, priority management, and delivery organization. Good understanding of the platforms and the services we are providing to end customers. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience. At least 6 years of experience working in digital projects (especially valued if in OTT or Telco sectors). 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Scrum Master. Broad experience in project management, particularly in Agile environments. Autonomous and responsible for making sure that's' the team are focused on the portfolio and committed to the priorities of the organization. Ability to handle senior stakeholders and operate on crisis management mode. Extremely well organized, punctual and methodical but keeping a pragmatic approach to solving problems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across time-zone and cultures. A proactive and can-do attitude. Fluent in English. Do you know someone who might be interested?
