Job Description Prepare and moderate sprint plannings for multiple working teams established in an international environment; Facilitate working group sessions; Prepare and moderate sprint reviews and follow up on defined actions; Optimize meeting cascade within team; Keep product owner informed about challenges and limitations on the working topics. Qualifications Previous experience in leading projects ( > 5 years); Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools; Capable of taking responsibility for project targets of time and quality in line with team members and stakeholders; Analytical and structured working style; Good and effective communication and presentation skills; Active listener capable of promoting fruitful empathy with customers and project teams; Pro-active attitude with a problem solving mindset; Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment; Onsite (Aveiro) but 1 or 2 days home-office possible.
