Location : FARO airport Schedule : Thursday to Monday, from 10 : 30 to 14 : 30. Responsibilities : Ensuring an impeccable customer service; Receiving and greeting customers at the designated meeting point at the airport; Responding to inquiries and resolving any customer issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner; Collaborating with other teams, to ensure a seamless experience for customers. Requirements : Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; Proficiency in both Portuguese and English; Hardworking, ambitious, extroverted, and integrity-driven personality; Excellent customer service skills, along with attention to detail; Strong communication, time management and teamwork skills.
