Position Overview : Körber is on the lookout for an ambitious ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in business analysis, development, and configuration within the ServiceNow ecosystem. In this key role, you will be instrumental in transforming ServiceNow into a unified global Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform, revolutionizing our IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) frameworks. Join our team to lead the development, customization, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform, making a significant contribution to an initiative that extends across Körber's worldwide operations. Responsibilities : Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions, enhancing ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM functionalities. Coordinate the development and configuration of ServiceNow, ensuring best practices are applied to support strategic objectives and future scalability. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, offering insights and ServiceNow solutions that drive business value. Apply innovative approaches to leverage ServiceNow's capabilities, promoting automation, integration, and optimization across enterprise services. Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless adoption and effective utilization of ServiceNow features and modules. Monitor and report on the platform's performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading continuous enhancement efforts. Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's in IT or Business, or related field. ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification with 3-5 years in ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM. Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks and application of ITSM best practices. Proven ability in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development. Strong project management skills; adept at handling dynamic project demands. Excellent analytical and communication abilities; effective in stakeholder engagement.
