Our tool aims to save time and ensure compliance with the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). Investor Relations : Our Advisory team provides high-touch advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics for listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets. Our IR.Manager tool provides a complete and intuitive IR management and targeting platform for corporate IR teams to professionalize the workflow and engagement. Euronext Corporate Services is a fully integrated division, including all the resources to pursue its business activities : Sales, Marketing, Client Excellence, Product, Technology. Summary of the role This position is for a team lead in the Compliance Services product line, responsible for software development activities of ComplyLog and all regulatory technology solutions for issuers and advisors. It involves a hands-on technical leadership role. 50% of the time will be dedicated to writing high-quality, production-ready code and the remaining 50% will be dedicated to managing the team : mentoring the team, addressing challenges, supporting career growth, and actively participating in coaching and training initiatives. The key accountabilities for this role are Lead a tech team of 5+ developers in software development initiatives and translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications. Design robust, scalable, and cost-efficient end-to-end cloud solutions customized to meet product specifications. Elevate team performance through regular one-on-one meetings, constructive feedback, and fostering individual growth. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment with business requirements and meet delivery timelines. Prioritize and facilitate the early resolution of client issues, ensuring adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA). Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team dynamics. Conduct code reviews, contribute to critical feature designs, and ensure the overall quality of the team's deliverables. Flag technical debt and areas of improvements, making sure they are properly documented and taken into account when defining priorities. Implement a robust documentation system for knowledge base, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and communication in software development activities. Willing to travel for collaboration with offshore teams. Knowledge, skills and experience required : 5+ years hands-on experience in Java development with expertise in the latest editions, including Spring Boot. Experience in managing a team is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipelines, Gitflow, IaC, deployment patterns, and code quality tools. Extensive knowledge of AWS, Microservices architecture, design patterns, and proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Solid grasp of security best practices related to APIs and data privacy. Proficiency in Agile / Scrum methodologies and a commitment to driving Agile practices within the team. Keen on staying current with industry trends, tech advancements, and best practices to enhance the team's workflow. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Experience in frontend technologies like React.js or Angular is a strong plus. Domain Knowledge of EU Market Abuse Regulation and EU Whistleblowing Directive is a Plus.
