Responsibilities : Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and ownership. Define and implement modern development practices to ensure high-quality software delivery. Provide technical direction and guidance to achieve project goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed project requirements. Track and manage software delivery to meet business objectives. Provide support, coaching, and guidance to engineering teams. Operate autonomously within the Engineering circle. Contribute technical insights during pre-sales. Stay updated on technology trends and best practices. Mentor junior team members and support recruitment efforts. Main requirements Qualifications : Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science or related field. Natural leader comfortable building and nurturing teams. Thrives in entrepreneurial environments, eager to tackle challenges. Strong communicator with a knack for solving problems with technology. 4+ years in Engineering, 3+ years leading teams to success. Proficient in Agile methodologies and large-scale system design. Creative, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies. Excellent English skills;
