- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach;
- Certification in Scrum (CSM) will be valued;
- Knowledge of JIRA/Clarizen will be valued;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
- Capacity for creativity and innovation;
- Good English level.
