With your help, we'll weave captivating stories through influencer partnerships that truly connect. Specifically, we expect you to : Strategy Development : Craft influencer marketing strategies that align seamlessly with our marketing objectives to boost our brand’s visibility. Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong connections with influencers, being the go-to person for all campaign communications and collaborations. Content Development : Steer the content creation process collaborating with influencers to ensure authenticity and true alignment with our brand’s spirit while resonating with their audience. Campaign Execution : Oversee every aspect of influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, within budget and meeting compliance requirements. Performance Analysis : Use your sharp skills with social media analytics tools to track how well our campaigns are doing and find ways to make them even better. REQUIREMENTS Mandatory requirements : Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in influencer marketing. Fluency in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Solid knowledge of social media analytics tools with competence in analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data. Ability to plan, develop, and execute influencer marketing campaigns, with a focus on creativity and innovation. Empathy towards influencers, passion for social media and digital culture with adaptability to new trends. Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Brownie Points : Loving the beauty and skincare industry as much as we do! Having experience in e-commerce, especially within beauty or similar fields. Demonstrated ability in managing projects, coordinating teams, and meeting deadlines, which is vital for successful campaign execution.
