Do you have experience with Latin American or Japanese cuisine? Vila Joya Sea is looking for a Commis or demi chef de Partie for our open kitchen in our beach restaurant. Only candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience will be taken into consideration. Fluent in at least Portuguese or English, facilitating seamless communication in our international kitchen.
