Randstad is hiring a QA Automation Engineer, for direct integration, in a company located in Braga.
Hybrid work model (3 days remote, 2 days on-site / week).
This professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated testing strategies to validate the functionality and performance of the applications. This QA Automation Engineer will have to ensure the quality control and automation of their technologies.

- Work with the development team to understand the Generative AI applications.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing of Generative AI applications.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline;
- Exploratory testing to identify potential issues and areas for improvement in Generative AI models and applications;
- Collaborate with developers and data scientists to understand the Generative AI algorithms and their impact on application behavior;
- Trial-and-error approach to refine and improve testing strategies for Generative AI applications;
- Explore and implement approaches to automate quality control processes;
- Automated testing methodologies based on feedback and evolving project requirements;
- Create and maintain documentation for automated test scripts, test plans, and test cases.
requisitos/requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in test automation frameworks (mandatory requirement);
- Experience in testing API's and UI;
- Experience with programming in Python, Java or C# is valued.
- Familiar with testing Generative AI applications or interest;
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines;
- Experience with integration of automated testing into development workflows;
- Familiar with testing Generative AI applications or interest;
- Team player and good communication skills.
- Good communication skills in English (intermediate is a mandatory requirement).
