Experience & Technical Proficiency : Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and expertise in SAP HR implementation projects and / or applications maintenance - (mandatory); Proven track record of successful implementation and maintenance of module configuration and customization in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management - (mandatory); Experience in implementation and maintenance of Payroll modules and Time Management - (mandatory); Knowledge of SAP SF (Success Factors); EC (Employee Central) and ECP (Employee Central Payroll) - (differentiate); Global understanding of SAP HR modules integration with other SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Material Management (MM), and third-party systems / applications - (differentiate); Experience with SAP S / 4HANA HR functionalities - (differentiate); Knowledge of SAP Security Concepts and Authorization management within SAP, ensuring secure access to HR data - (differentiate); Familiarity with SAP Data Migration tools and processes to ensure smooth transitions and data consistency during system upgrades or implementations - (differentiate); Ability in designing and implementing workflows to streamline HR processes and approvals - (differentiate); Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing Solution that integrates with SAP S / 4HANA. Knowledge of this module is beneficial for HR reporting and analytics - (differentiate). ;
