- Monitoring alerts management, according procedures and defined processes
- Incident management: detection through monitoring tools, troubleshooting, resolution or L2 escalation.
- Contribution to service improvements: existing documentation updates and / or new creation
requisitos/requirements
- Experience in Citrix, IIS, Linux, Microsoft Azure, Scrum, SQL, Oracle, VMware, Windows Server.
- Ability to write technical documentation in the field.
- Proactive and willing to work with multiple technologies and platforms.
- Good communication skills.
- Good English (intermediate B2 level).
