About Aethos Ericeira:

AETHOS Ericeira opened its doors in September 2022, just above Praia da Calada, 10 minutes drive from Ericeira. With 50 rooms, three F&B outlets, including a restaurant with a bar open to the public, a heated saltwater pool, a gym and a spa area, it's the perfect haven for surf-inspired travelers.We also have a multipurpose room which is available for events, leisure and wellness activities.

Overview:

Aethos Hotels is looking to hire young and ambitious Demi Chefs De Partie and Commis to help manage our kitchen staff. They will assist the production of food and all mise en place in the kitchen department. They are also responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency.
