In just 3 years, we have opened 36 stores in 8 European countries and our expansion plan foresees the opening of several stores nationally and internationally, marking a new era for the group. Currently, we intend to increase our team in our production unit in S. João da Madeira.Your role as “Financial Analyst” is very important to us. You will be responsible for all accounting-related activities, including managerial accounting, high-level accounting, and finance activities in our company.THE DAY-TO-DAY OF A FINANCIAL ANALYST IN SLEEP.8:· Develop cost standards for materials and labor;· Maintain cost accounting system;· Analyze production costs and recommend improvements;· Oversee physical inventory process;· Perform cost analyses and prepare financial and budget reports;· Collect cost information and maintain expenses database;· Determine fixed cost;· Plan and record variable cost;· Review standard and actual cost for inaccuracies;· Prepare budgeting reports and analyze and report profit margins;· Prepare cost forecast;· Assist in month-end and year-end closing;· Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions.Requirements· Degree in Economy, Management, Engineering or similar areas;· Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial costing;· Knowledge in Data Base software for data treatment (Excel, Power BI);· Fluent in English (mandatory);· Experience in ERP production systems (valued).Benefits· Business culture focused on people where you can suggest and implement ideas;· Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning;· Direct contract with a company that is expanding in the market;· Negotiable salary according to the experience demonstrated;· Access to incentives and benefits in force in the company.Sleep.8 offers an exciting work environment where you'll have great opportunities to grow with us.
